The house has south direction and is located in a beautiful residential region on a side street by a saltwater canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Since the house is not behind a lock you can go directly through the canals to the Gulf of Mexico. Motorboats can be rented from the German managers or by one of the multiple renters. Since the house is not in a holiday complex, you can also get in contact with American neighbours and get tips for fishing or boating. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with a breakfast dining space (family room), 1 living room with a large dining space, a completely equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, large fridge including a fridge with an ice maker. The the usage of the washing room and the dryer is included in the rental price. For a rental car, there is a garage with an automatic gate available.
